COURAGE Outing

Courage went outing yesterday... First outing after we broke camp... Supposedly to meet at 11am... But I had econs lesson so was late... But I wasn't the latest... haha... only 8 of us, including the SIs came... So only half the group was here... The rest were sick...

Brought Street Directory and bus guide along coz I taught I would have to go there alone... And I don't know how to go... They were like huh u mean u brought them... haha... It's kind of common, don't be too alarmed...

So we set off for lunch at AMK hub... Didn't know where to go... so we stood and discuss... Then Yiting suggested we walk and we will eat at the first fast food restaurant that we see... So it was either subway, pepperlunch or mos burger... Still didn't know which one to go to since they were side by side... Eric was saw pepperlunch and his eyes lit up... He saw the advertisement outside the shop for so many times le, very tempting, so he decided to look away while we discuss... He sure enjoys eating I guess... In the end we ate at macdonalds, which was just outside...

So we set off fr East Coast Park(ECP) on bus 135 after our lunch, just eaten and we took the seats right at the back, right out to torture ourselves... we tried to take photos of each other blah blah blah... It was real fun to try and take Eric's photo while he was sleeping... haha... Don't know he faking or real one... Anyway, we took quite a lot... haha...

We reach there about 1+ or 2+ like that, then we went to rent the bikes and cycled all the way to the place where we build our sandcastle during DE camp... Only the main structure was there, the rest all gone, left some traces of them here and there... Sad... So we took a pic with it... Our school in 30 years time... haha... Imaginary... Then we settled down and sat on the rocks, looking at the waves coming in... yiting was laughing away, coz we sat there like statues not talking... So after a while we decided to play frisbee and ball games... everytime they went into the waters, no one ones to catch them... blahblah... Then we decided to cycle somewhere else... Then Wenhao had to go so we went back to the bicycle kiosk to take the cake that was meant for the SIs... We decided to go and 'fetch' kakei at the Changi Sea Sports Centre... Cycle and cycle, then yiting met with a little accident... while she went to clean up, we carried on to go after the rest... Halfway through we realised that it was impossible to move on... We didn't know where it was... Out comes the outdated street directory... Not much use I guess... It just made us more confused... So we decieded to send Wenhao off on a cab first since he was already late... Then we were deciding whether to continue or someone to cab and find kakei, decision was to cab since we also not sure how far and it was very risky...

Finally, with kakei back, we went to area G to enjoy the cake which was quite disfigured but still edible. Then the SIs gave us our gift... So nice of them... I always enjoy reading letters... So yupp, thanks for the gift... The content of the CD was really great... They must have taken alot of time, effort, killed lots of cells in their body to get it done... THANKS!!!...

So after that, we had to cycle back to return the bikes... Halfway through the ride, Wilson's legs cramped, both of them so he had to stop and rest while I cycled back to join the others... When we all returned safe and quite sound to the bicycle kiosk, we had to decide where to eat, at first we decided to go parkway or suntec, but yiting's injuries were kind of bad and she needs to rest as well as eat as her gastric was acting up so we settled at a hawker centre nearby... We realised there and then that Eric has a bottomless stomach despite so much... Amazing how he does that...

After dinner, it was time to go back home... Melissa and Kakei took bus76 back while the rest of us waited for bus135 to take us back to AMk to change to train later on... Finally, I reached home at about 11.45pm... Showered, pack my things for the next day's CIP and off to bed...

Enjoyed the outing despite my butt hurting till now bcoz of the bike seats and the distance we travelled... it will definitely be a memorable outing... One that most of us will not forget...
